Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez was born in Havana, Cuba. Her family relocated to Miami when she was two years old. She was born in Havana Cuba Ana moved to Miami when she was 2 years old and was accompanied by family members. The birthplace of Ana Maria Polo was Habana, Cuba, Ana Maria Polo hosts of the prestigious Telemundo program "Caso Cerrado" which is the first Spanish programming to be nominated for the Daytime Emmy(r) Award, and it was named the top Spanish-language show in the 4pm hour across all important demos. Polo is a native of Cuba who was born on the 11th of April 1959. She went to Florida International University and graduated with a degree in political science. In the following years she received her PhD qualification in law from the University of Miami. She received the PhD at University of Miami. University of Miami, and then practiced for twenty many years within Miami. Polo first made her appearance on TV in 2001 on Telemundo's Sala de Parejas.
